This version of our "Intro to Mindfulness" course is ideal for participants who wish to set their own time structure, and are comfortable not working with a live instructor or with a cohort of peers. As such it is less expensive than our traditional instructor-led and cohort, but still includes lifetime access to all of our resources. Introduction to Mindfulness

COURSE OVERVIEW
Intro to Mindfulness takes you on a journey where you'll learn how to notice and regulate your habits, senses, emotions, and thoughts. By providing a foundational understanding of the biology of stress and techniques to help manage it, you'll also experience how to apply mindfulness to your relationships and your communications.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our 6-week Mindfulness Fundamentals course provides participants with foundational understanding of the biology of stress and a variety of techniques to help manage it. Participants receive lifetime access to 6 weeks of online lessons, practices and resources. Participants can revisit their lessons as often as they wish to continue growing their mindfulness practice.
